Great experience
Every employee looked up and acknowledged me with a greeting and offer to help. I needed 19 boxes of stone tile and they were fully stocked, which I was expecting to go to multiple locations without a pre-order. Barbara was extremely helpful in setting up my new home depot card to add savings and got Sidney to help load up my car. They were engaging, professional and friendly and made me feel that they wanted to help instead of had to help. Bravo to Folsom Home Depot!! And thank you!

Terrible Customer Service
I drove for 30 minutes to get to this location to buy cabinets that the website said were in stock. I asked someone for help & they said there were none, when in fact there was on top of a mess of boxes that could only be reached using the staircase. The worker left to get someone to help me. After 20 minutes I went to an associate nearby (there were more workers than people) & asked for help. She laughed in my face & said the kid went to get someone already. After another 15, I used the step ladder and got the cabinet myself. Any worker that passed by made no move to help me.

Feels like home...
The happy employees help me find everything. I have been using the Milwaukee tools and the 12 volt, high capacity batteries for many years now and this store always has the latest and greatest ones for me to buy. Why shop online?, when I can go in the store, see my friends, and pick it up right from the shelf.

Well stocked, organized and clean store.
Usually rough plumbing is really rough at big boxed stores, I need irrigation parts and the items were in their homes with plenty of stock was on hand. Positive experience!

Fantastic employee Mark in Window Treatments Home Depot Folsom, CS
I came to the local Folsom Home Depot for custom window blinds and Mark in Window Treatment was fantastic!!!! I could not have asked for a better employee to assist me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and showed genuine concern for my purchase!! He worked on my shades for hours. Emailing me pictures to find a good match!! I was in on Monday but he was off, so I selected them through Nick. Wednesday was the last day of the 50% off and I had to fly to Florida on Tuesday to get my daughter into her dorms. When I called to pay for them, Mark answered the phone and we started going through my order from Nick. Mark realized a few things seemed off from what I was describing to him I wanted and asked to review my order in detail and call me back. I said absolutely!! Mark called back and helped me coordinate my purchase all over the phone sending me pictures and telling me his thoughts on the changes I needed to make!! Mark saved me from purchasing roller shades that would totally not match the other ones I had selected by sending me a comparison picture!!! He consulted with the Veneta specialist there. Called back with other options. Made a few recommendations but said it was clearly up to me!! All while I’m here in Florida trying to get my daughter into college and not miss out on the 50% sale that was ending! I spent over $10k on the entire house and I’m beyond grateful for employees like Mark!!! He deserves to be recognized for how he takes care of your customers!!!

Excellent customer service
Because there was an employee named Sam and went above and beyond to measure and cut the insulated styrofoam that took a good 30 minutes that he didn't have to do. I value and appreciated the extra time and willingness to make the extra cuts, he is such an amazing employee that speaks volumes to this store in the quality of service!It started hearing an employee in the bathroom being friendly to a child then walking out with me and asking me if I need help and she was more than willing to walk me where I needed to go. That also ended with the cashier, Karen, who is very joyful and put a smile on my face
