OMG!
Went to buy a Ryobi gas powered chainsaw and was told by a young black employee that Ryobi only made battery powered saws! A tropical storm was coming, so I took it upon myself to check my HD app again. Sure enough it said there were 5 in stock at this location. I found them myself on the next isle over. Found the same guy and had him unlock the cage. He was still sure Ryobi didn’t make gas powered saws, even after I pointed out that the box said 2 cycle, gas powered. I am still amazed by the incompetence!

Great Experience
We went shopping for a new washer. Sherie Moon was our sales person and she was excellent. She assisted and told us all about the products available. She answered all of our questions and followed through on all issues. She is an asset to your team.

Paint Dept Blues
UnStaffed at desk, had to go find a paint dept person1st person advised me they cannot color match2nd person advised they cannot color match something wet , (my color sample was not we.)With 2-3 no's they made my color match happen .....Only to get home, and use it, and it does not match.Quite a disappointment & frustration.Charged $8, need a refund.

Terrible customer service
Associate Isabella returned my product without asking for or giving me a chance to provide the correct order number. In turn I got refunded for half of what I paid for the item because of her lack of caring, doing due diligence and rushing. After calling and asking for a store manager and being told by Porscha there was no store manager in, she tells me I would have to drive back to the store and rebuy the item and return it again because they clearly don’t know how to do their job correctly. Terrible customer service, will not be returning.Lost a good customer!

You need new check out registers!
Get check out registers that accept credit cards via a "tap". It is far more secure!!
